BET co-founder Robert Johnson has condemned Joe Biden for claiming that black people aren’t really black if they don’t vote for him.
“VP Biden’s statement today represents the arrogant and out-of-touch attitude of a paternalistic white candidate who has the audacity to tell Black people, the descendants of slaves, that they are not Black unless they vote for him,” Johnson said in a statement obtained by Fox News’s Bret Baier.
“This proves unequivocally that the Democratic nominee believes that Black people owe him their vote without question; even though, we as Black people know it is exactly the opposite. He should spend the rest of his campaign apologizing to every Black person he meets.” read more

This story is so filled with irony, it’s impossible to know where to start! The founder of the most racist television network in existence is demanding their equivalent political party leader apologize for racism?! The only difference between Johnson and Biden is one of them is just a little more (inadvertently) honest about their racial biases. But you tell me which one it is, because I can’t tell the difference.
Johnson is disingenuous. The entire BET platform is one big infomercial for the Democrats and always has been. I’m not persuaded by his faint praise of POTUS Trump’s success in helping black Americans. BET is still foursquare behind their plantation owners.
How else does Johnson and his BET writer explain this?:

Oh get off your high horse, Mr. Racially Discriminatory Channel Man. it’s not like Joe’s not RIGHT about Black people expecting OTHER Black people to blindly vote D as a sign of racial solidarity. No one is more vicious than Black “Leaders” such as yourself when a Black person DARES think there’s life outside of the pales of the Democrat plantation, and in the tradition of the Black plantation overseer, you YOURSELF have lit out after many a “runaway slave” to keep your OWN job in the Big House, while showing them images of the worst sorts of behavior from drug dealing to booty shaking, things that would be rightly roasted as invidious Black stereotypes had White media done them, but you practically hold them out as exemplars of expected Blackness, almost as though ratifying Joe’s racially cockeyed visions as being in synch with your own.
..not to mention that your very NAME for your channel and spinoffs like Urban Movie Channel only gives credence to Joe’s statement about there being a “Black Media”. Joe may be demented, but in THIS he is not wrong.
Full disclosure here…my father was an FDR Democrat and a pretty heavy player in the local Democrat scene for much of my youth. Because of this, I came to hand out Democrat literature at polling places when I was old enough, which was a quick way to make some easy spending money, but it also gave me a perspective on Black voting habits and Black attitudes towards politics in the mixed precincts I worked in. Seems White folk would generally take literature from both the Democrat and Republican poll workers, thank both, then toss all in the garbage can on the way in without much of a glance. I actually had Black voters SEEK ME OUT as they wanted the “Sample Ballot”, which was simply all the Democrat candidates and their desired offices, because Black voters generally were not informed who the candidates were or what positions they held, but seemed to believe that if the Democrats ran someone, they really didn’t NEED to know more, e.g. “If It’s a “D”, That’s Good Enough for ME”. Even many years later, I remember this young Black woman coming to my Republican counterpart first, scolding him for being a racist (for offering Republican literature, he hasn’t said two words), turning to me, saying “Democrat?”, then absolutely BEAMING when I affirmed that I was indeed holding a pile of papery Democrat fantasies for money, enthusiastically relieving me of several, and winkingly telling me she was going to leave them in ALL the voting machines to “help her people”.
And it’s only gotten worse since then.
Much, MUCH worse, as Clearance Thomas, Condelezza Rice, Candice Owens, Kanye West, Diamond and Silk, etc., could tell you.
…so while you’re right that Joe should apologize to every Black person, as should the Democrat party for being the party of slavery, segreation, American Aparthieid, dependance, and Jim Crow even to this day, don’t pretend like what he says and what he expects does NOT have a basis in FACT.
Because I know it DOES, as would ANYONE who’s paid attention for the last 40 years.
It may be ethically wrong of him to SAY so,
But as rare as it is for him, it’s not FACTUALLY wrong of him to say so…

Fat chance getting anything sincere out of any of them. They are incapable of sincerity. Period. Full stop.. The Democrats still haven’t apologized for slavery. They have apologized on behalf of others for everything and anything they think they can make hay politically for apologizing for. They wouldn’t know sincerity if it walked up and bit them in the ass.
It doesn’t matter how much Biden insults black people, if the majority still vote for him. Until leftist/liberal black people stop acting like victims, despite being free citizens of the greatest nation on Earth, the Democrats will continue treating them like dirt – taking their demwit loyalty for granted.
Johnson may be play conservatives, but he’s business savvy enough to know if Trump loses in November, he’s fortunes are toast.
Democrats never apologize, Robert. They just start talking about their reparations plan. Joe’s will be one for the ages.
