Most major police groups have thrown their support behind the president this election, spurning Biden.
The Florida Police Chiefs Association has waded into presidential politics for the first time by endorsing President Trump for re-election, saying he has provided unparalleled backing for law enforcement nationwide.
“President Trump’s support of law enforcement is unmatched, and he continues to support law enforcement by ensuring we have the tools, training and information we need to protect our communities,” the group said in a videotaped announcement.
Trump tweeted out a video. “I was honored to receive the first ever Presidential Endorsement from the Florida Police Chiefs Association. Thank you, I will NEVER let you down!” he wrote. more here
Meanwhile, in Portland, statues of Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt were torn down while the police stood by and did nothing.
Very many Police are liberal. And it has so been for at least 60 years. Ask the kids at kCal 60 yers ago how liberal the cops were!
Were the Portland cops not generally, not universally, liberal the riots would be ancient history. No America lover would have been assassinated without liberal police pretending not to see!
Most police/deputies are good; but very many are not!
