The state issued cease and desist orders to the California Republican Party and local GOP officials in Orange, Los Angeles and Fresno counties over the use of unauthorized ballot drop boxes, Secretary of State Alex Padilla and Attorney General Xavier Becerra said Monday.
Republicans have until Thursday, Oct. 15 to remove the drop boxes, which Padilla said are not legal. Otherwise, he said his office will “consider all of our legal options,” which could include both civil and criminal charges that can carry felony penalties of up to four years in prison.
Republicans are responding by concurrently slamming California’s permissive ballot collection laws and also claiming protection under that law. Officials with state and local GOP groups argue that Democrats are trying to suppress GOP votes by limiting so-called “ballot harvesting,” where people can turn in ballots for other registered voters, when the controversial law doesn’t work in their favor. I’m beginning to think making November 3 a day off national holiday might be a good. All this early voting crap is ridiculous. So you cast your ballot in early October but something happens between then and Election Day, too bad so sad. You can’t change your mind because you voted already. One day, one vote. 6am-7pm. Bring your ID. Dumb mail in ballot like here in WA state? Postmark it by Nov 3. Miss the deadline? Oh well. You had over 2 weeks to get it in on time.
If you live in California and demand a polling place to vote in person they will provide you with one. Contact your county voter registrar.
There are reports that ANTIFABLM will show up at these polls. You may want to consider voting in groups.
Ballot harvesting is cheating. The republicans are just trying to play by the same rules but cheating only works if just one side does it.

Bit of a thread Jack here but since DenverPD has to let the Antifa murderer go tomorrow if they do not charge him, the commie 9News NBC affiliate that was trying to incite a race fight by sending their thug around to use fighting words and provoke a reaction has started releasing their video from the scene.
I think that they think this helps them. Once someone gets the halo camera footage from DenverPD, I think we are going to see that the news guy got into a verbal altercation with the victim for blocking his shot, including making a threat that he was going to fuck him up. Indicating he may have known Dolloff was armed. Then lied to police by saying that he was maced first and that the fake security guard “saved his life” because he thought he was going to get maced.
Pretty obvious from some of the footage that they were following the Jacob Lebron Kelly asshole around who was laying his hands on people, meeting any definition of “fighting words”, and that 9News and a photographer from the Denver Post were trying to manufacture a race incident. The victim saw what they were doing, went to talk to them and they killed him.
If they find phone records that any of this is coordinated, it is the perfect capstone at what a threat to civil society the media has become.

Here’s what I noticed, Somebodies invested some money into getting this guy trained Awesome grip. Elbows slightly flared as not create a hinge. Good recoil management. Quickly follows his victim to the ground with the muzzle. Just like they teach you in all those Tacticool Gun Fighten classes. Question is, how many more little shooters do they have? The elevated fixed sites give it away. They are elevated to clear a suppressor. You can find them at our favorite combat site company.
They’ve already had the pics of Antifa boy selling his Lavender Moon Farms honey at local gunshows so it’s easy to surmise one of those contacts could have hooked him up. The training could have come from there or those Antifa training groups.
If they decide not to charge him or let him out on bail, this may be the one that pushes someone to respond.
As far as I’m concerned, the media is an accessory to murder. It’s like when you and a buddy just wanted to rob the bank but he shot the teller. You’re both on the hook.
NBC Denver and the Denver Post wanted a fight or worse for the cameras. Out of all that ground to cover, both the NBC crew and the Denver Post reporter were in perfect placement to catch the Kelly guy picking fights but making sure he did not throw the first punch because he knew the camera was on him.
The Kelly guy is bouncing around but has several family members in that area and is professional BLM/Antifa. He and the news guy are all on the hook. If they find they were talking to each other on their cellphones before this…
