  1. Yep. He’s a Wettie. The only cure at his age is to retire to the Sunny Day Memory Wellness Center in Wilmington. He can change Dementia Joe’s nappies and occasionally remind Poor Joey what a total loser he used to be when he was Baracky’s lapdog. By then Poor Joey will think he’s one of those Amtrak porters that he used to know so well traveling back and forth from Washington DC to raise BoBo and Humper.
