I had a moment in my life where I was able to play 40 rounds of golf in a 6 month period and I’m abetter athlete then Joe Biden….Life changed and I couldn’t plat that much golf anymore. 6 months later my handicap went back to 18 which means I shot between the mid eighties and mid nineties….I haven’t played for a decade and I know I would beat him….then we might play golf if he could get up off the ground….

For what it’s worth, one of our tests when hiring someone was whether or not they cheated on the golf course. If they did, then they almost always cheated in other areas of life.
I will give Biden the benefit of the doubt that his USGA handicap is 6.7, although the new system went into effect in 2020 and I doubt Biden had enough rounds to calculate a handicap so I doubt that is true. But in order to calculate a golf handicap, the player needs to submit accurate scores, and this is where Biden probably cheated. Very few players – me included – strictly observe all of the rules of golf, and many players play at least one mulligan off of the first tee, or move the ball from a divot, or kick the ball away from tree roots, etc. etc. Even failing to sink a putt and taking a gimmee in stroke play is against the rules. So it seems that rather than trying to game the handicap computer, Biden just submitted lower scores – which is cheating.
