Didn’t Trump sign the right to try bill?

After her husband was infected with the coronavirus and entered an intensive care unit this month, Angela Underwood pushed the Louisville hospital that was treating him to administer ivermectin, the deworming drug some people have used to treat or prevent covid-19 in recent months.

She sued Norton Brownsboro Hospital after it allegedly refused to administer the treatment to Lonnie Underwood, 58, without a court order and supervision by a doctor with the authority to do so.

“As a Registered Nurse, I demand my husband be administered ivermectin whether by a Norton physician or another healthcare provider of my choosing including myself if necessary,” Angela Underwood wrote in the complaint filed last week, asking the court to designate the unproven treatment as “medically indicated.”

But a judge denied her emergency order request Wednesday in a scathing ruling that called out people who have promoted and supported ivermectin as an effective treatment for covid-19. Jefferson Circuit Judge Charles Cunningham, who said the court “cannot require a hospital to literally take orders from someone who does not routinely issue such orders,” noted in his ruling how the Kentucky Supreme Court “only allows admission of scientific evidence based on sufficient facts or data.”

“Unfortunately, the Internet has no such rule. It is rife with the ramblings of persons who spout ill-conceived conclusions if not out-right falsehoods,” Cunningham wrote in an order obtained by The Washington Post. “If Plaintiff wants to ask the Court to impose her definition of ‘medically indicated’ rather than the hospital’s, she needs to present the sworn testimony of solid witnesses, espousing solid opinions, based on solid data.”

Neither Underwood nor Ashley Butler, her attorney, immediately returned requests for comment Thursday. Lonnie Underwood’s vaccination status is not mentioned in the judge’s order.

  1. The “judge” seems to have great difficulty following Kentucky law if I it “only allows admission of scientific evidence based on sufficient facts or data”. This does not exist in the real world for the “vaccine”. Using his reasoning, any challenge to suggesting, mandating or penalizing people who do not take the vaccine would be totally valid and prosecutable. There exists no sufficient facts or data regarding the vaccine nor long term studies as to its effectiveness and/or dangers. Da judge is just singing the governments song.

  2. Tonight, my husband got a call from one of his clients saying their fully vaxxed daughter has the coof. I asked if he’d like a dose of Ivor Meck. And I dosed him out 2 droppers of the stuff into some blue Mio.It tastes like dewormer.

  3. It’s important for your safety that you plan ahead. Find hospitals near you who will use HCQ and IVM in their protocol AND or allow you to leave the hospital if you don’t agree with their treatment.
Give those hospitals your business and share their names.

If a hospital’s protocol is only ventilators and Remdesivir, and they don’t allow you or your family members to check you out of there, don’t go near that hospital. This advice came to me from several nurses and 2 doctors who don’t work in ‘roach motel’ hospitals.

  4. This woman recommends that if your doctor at the hospital will not prescribe medicines to cure you and only wants to give you remdesivir and a vent that will both kill you, tell them you are calling hospice and they will have to send you home with oxygen. Then get the ivermectin and other meds you need by having facetime with America’s Frontline Doctors who will prescribe what you need to get well.

The best thing you can do is never go to the hospital because they will test you until you test positive for covid and then kill you for the $35K they get per covid death.
