According to the story, FJB is an average of 22.4 minutes late to press conferences. I guess he did learn from BO. Though it might just be because he cannot remember where he is or what he is supposed to do or say.
He probably fell asleep on the way to the meeting and his “wake up” aide was on the throne.
His handlers need to learn how to give him his dementia drugs 30 minutes earlier instead of waiting for them to take effect. Oh, and last minute potty stop and change of diapers.
