Federal prosecutors have charged the founder of the Oath Keepers and 10 other members of the far-right militia group with seditious conspiracy for their role in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, the Justice Department announced Thursday.
Stewart Rhodes, 56, was arrested Thursday in Little Elm, Texas, and also faces charges for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol.
The Oath Keepers leader and founder has said he was present at the riot but never entered the Capitol. But members of the group were seen donning paramilitary gear and using a military formation to pass through crowds and enter the Capitol.
“The seditious conspiracy indictment alleges that, following the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election, Rhodes conspired with his co-defendants and others to oppose by force the execution of the laws governing the transfer of presidential power by Jan. 20, 2021,” Justice Department wrote in a release.
“Beginning in late December 2020, via encrypted and private communications applications, Rhodes and various co-conspirators coordinated and planned to travel to Washington, D.C., on or around Jan. 6, 2021, the date of the certification of the electoral college vote, the indictment alleges. Rhodes and several co-conspirators made plans to bring weapons to the area to support the operation. The co-conspirators then traveled across the country to the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area in early January 2021.”

The narrative is dying. Its hard to keep screaming “insurrection” when all you have to show for yourself is a handful of trespassing convictions. But a year and 6 days latter and Biden finally has a “sedition” charge to run with.
Rhodes’s will be more rigged than Rittenhouse. The search for ‘truth’ will be the last thing on the prosecution’s mind. I expect the show trail of all show trails on this one. Bidden’s narrative will live or die on this trail.
I predict the show trials will begin in, oh… late October???

As usual, it asks more questions than it answers.
This arrest was much different than all the others. This one came so late in the game. It was also the first conspiracy-related charge. Everyone arrested so far was for the usual; trespass, assault on a cop, vandalism. But this one is for sedition, a capital offense. Supposedly the feds got 4 other “oath keepers” to rat out Rhodes.
Related; Lt Byrd, Ashli murderer, is now head of the entire House police force. Apparently, he did good, killing a Trump supporter the way he did. I saw an interview of him the other day, he came off having the intelligence and vocabulary of a 10-year-old, a total Duffus. I’m surprised he knew which end of the gun to point.

If this is true and it can be proven that Rhodes acted alone and not under instruction from his fed handlers, he’s screwed.
Still waiting for the Ray Epps indictment for incitement. And how about the guy in the tower with the bullhorn, directing the crowd into the capitol?

Yowza, more good advice. Some advice on training. The new explosion of defensive training/trainers is totally unregulated. There’s more clowns out there than serious peeps. Our little gun community just called out some dumb asses teaching how to get yourself killed in a gun fight. Lot’s of money behind them.
Look for POST certified trainers. Ex Military trainers. Ask if they teach F.A.S.T. Or at least know what it is. Fight, Asses, Scan, Top Off (Tac Reload). Our potential gun fights have changed.
