Any FOIA requests can be denied if there is an active investigation.
That subpoena was issued in May 2019. Nearly three years ago.
That’s what happens when you have a corrupt DOJ with criminals at the helm. Nothing, unless your a member of the other party.
This is being done to lock down all incriminating evidence; not to investigate that crackhead sack of shit.
