  1. Can’t blame this on Biden. It’s always been Obama’s deal to ban menthols from blacks. I do remember this well. It’s Obama pushing it.

  2. Ban menthol cigarettes. Then, when a black market appears the police will be given the job of enforcing the ban. When the police enforce the ban, some black guy will resist to the point that he dies. When he dies, the police will be accused of racism for enforcing something as trivial as a ban on menthol cigarettes. If there is a Democratic President at that time, he, she, or it will add to the chorus of saying that the police should not spend their time enforcing such a trivial thing as a ban on menthol cigarettes and such a ban is another example if the institutional racism of the United States.

  3. It’s not easy being green.

It’s okay to kill your black babies, but we draw the line at ‘Green Death.’ Okay? Okay black voters? Oh, and get double jabbed and triple boosted. And wear that mask.

Can’t afford gas? EBT card maxed out and kids hungry? Being laid off soon?

Vote Democrat and laugh, you dumb bastards.

  4. Guy running the lathe in front of mine used to dunk his Marlboros in MEK. Smoked ’em after they dried out.

I wonder what ever happened to him…

  5. How-The-Hell?!?!
Was this a bill passed by Kongress, and then signed into law by the Rutabaga-In-Chief?
If there is any “NO” in any part of the answer, then there is no banning of menthol cigarettes.
Citizen, carry on about your normal daily business, which includes buying, selling, and smoking menthols.
And if any po-po tries to stop you from any of the above, ask him/her/it/them to show you the LAW, as signed by Xiden.
Hell, I don’t even smoke, but I’d light up now, just to piss off TPTB.

  6. I have no proof this story is true, but I was told this by someone in the tobacco industry years ago…
At one point the FDA was going to ban menthol cigarettes. A large black civil rights group jumped in and said “you’re targeting black people and that’s racist.” So the FDA backed down. Immediately another black civil rights group started screaming, “You don’t care if black people die, you’re racist!”
I can’t prove it but it sure sounds true.

  7. MEK is nasty stuff, it gives me extremely incapacitating painful headaches. My fighter squadron used MEK for stripping paint and as a solvent. You don’t have to worry about your friend dipping his cigarettes in MEK and letting them dry out and smoke them, he probably ended up fucked up and totally brain dead for life.

  8. I’m much stupider for trying to read how a menthol ban will hurt more black people.

They will switch to regular or weed and within 2 weeks no one will give a San Fran Shit.

  9. If you want to grow your own little stand of tobacco you have to pay for a government license. Free country my menthol smoking paler than lily white *ss.

  10. @Sippin’ Coffee: Obummer, trying to quit. So EVERYBIDY ELSE has to quit too.

Well except that Obummer didn’t quit. He lied to the American people so he could appease some black doctors. Here’s another bald face lie Obummer claims. BTW, his oldest daughter has been caught several times with a cig and smoking weed. Daughter = Father. The lie:

CIG-O-REGRET Obama admits smoking ‘NINE cigarettes a day when president’ and only gave up when daughter Malia caught him

  11. What gives FedGov the authority to ban menthol flavored smokes? Where in the enumerated powers does this power lie? Don’t give me the ‘commerce clause’ gibberish either, it’s all or nothing plus taxation there.
