His mention of the “$8,000 check” was likely a reference to the temporary expansion of the child tax credit provided to some families in 2021 until it expired this year.
Biden complained that Americans forgot what he did for them in 2021, even as he admitted it was “totally understandable.”

Ingrate = an ungrateful person. Sorry Pedo Joe, I’m grateful for many things. Looking at your life and how it is now, I’d say your family is the best example of ingrates. What the government calls a “tax credit” when they actually mean they are writing you a check out of collected taxes really pisses me off.
If your tax ‘refund’ is 400% of what you paid in taxes, I just can’t get behind the IRS administering this type of welfare. Their job should have a hard limit of a zero tax liability. I.E., refunding the actual amount of fed taxes collected. Anything in excess of that is a welfare wealth redistribution program.
I spent my stimulus money on arms and ammo because I can see what’s coming.
