Every human being suffers from prejudices, biases, and past experiences which could affect judgment, they have different degrees of analytical abilities needed to process evidence for probative value, and intelligence needed to understand the elements of the crime they are judged to adjudicate. This is the inherent flaw in the system, no way of getting around it.
That is why we have the appeals process because both juries and judges get it wrong from time to time.
I think it was Bannon who said yesterday that she didn’t allow Jones to present his case. Even then the judgment was far below what the plaintiffs requested. It will definitely be appealed. But for now, people who believe Jones is a bad guy get their moment of emotional vindication.
Not to worry. Alex Jones will get another Judge when he’s tried for perjury for lying under oath about turning over all his texts and emails during pretrial discovery.
Americans oiled their guns — and stroked… furiously — when it was enthroned.
