Although litigation is an appropriate response, these teachers are protected by several layers of cover and encouragement by their bosses.
Much like the FBI or other federal LE agencies, the individual agent (teacher) functions at the direction of his superiors. School boards, administrators, and principals have created an atmosphere, regulated by curriculum and policies, whereby the teacher, the one in the trenches who can directly manipulate the emotions of the students, has free rein to ferret out the particular student who would be most susceptible to the indoctrination.
And with the protections the school board offers to the teachers, the parents have little recourse except to do what any caring responsible parent should do, get their kids out of that toxic environment immediately.
