When I tried to watch whatever this is, TikTok vomited up a tsunami of script service requests. I use ScriptSafe because I like to see who’s trying to run what on my computer. For unknown or otherwise sketchy sites I’m selective about what runs locally.
Before tonight, the most requests I’d ever seen was somewhere between 40 and 50. That’s A LOT of scripting. An AWFUL lot.
I never did see the TikTok content because I gave up when it’s script service count reached 135. That is absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve seen multiple instances of TikTok content served somehow by Twitter, and those I’ll continue to watch. But I will never, ever, EVER do TikTok again. EVER.
