    Cover me with bacon, inundate me with real butter, add copious amounts of Salami, heaps of salt and plenty of alcohol to wash it down.

  3. I don;t know about cancer prevention …. but I have been MOSTLY carnivore foe three or four years now. Got a fvcked up shoulder and a terrible instep but otherwise I an golden.

  5. I think in the final analysis, eating a wide variety of meat, vegetables, dairy and eggs is what is best. Eliminating meat or grains or fats is just stupid. Sugar sucks but it’s the dosage that defines the poison. A little bit won’t hurt.
