I find it disgusting. The juxtaposition of The Buffalo Springfield with gaabage is truly gaabage

Got a good beat, you know, the thing.

For what it’s worth, the message is still relevant today anyway. Funny how the hippies have changed sides of the battle lines. Power is now the drug of choice.

The Phil Collen “Rock Of Ages” solo was genius and Van Halen’s “Jamie’s Cryin'” was the icing on the mashup cake!

They were all such cute young men, what happened?
That was good, very creative.

Well, it’s kinda funny … but it works.
My first impulse was similar to Erik’s.
Wouldn’t put it on my playlist (if I had one) but … there it is.

…agreed. it’s the old saying.
A drop of garbage in a barrel of wine = garbage.
A drop of wine in a barrel of garbage = garbage.
You can’t put people making fucking noises in any song and have it be anything but a fucking song.
As for Mashup, logically you can put any two things together with the same time signature and make it look and sound like it works, provided the vocals don’t step on each other…

What was once old is new again, by mashing it up.
The lead singer wearing a white cowboy hat and most of the rest of Buffalo Springfield were wearing neckties was quite interesting.

This one is so-so but James Brown/Motorhead mashup is quite good. https://youtu.be/r1cUIXVWaV8
um… I liked it… but then I ain’t no Lorax.
I can’t listen to that POS song ever since the DNC used it at their convention.
I especially hate the way it pollutes “Bust A Move”
