  1. Many in the higher echelon are college towns, you don’t want to live in a college town.

While in LA I used to live next to UCLA. College kids are not only aggrieved about everything, they are lazy. So when they want to protest, they do it close to campus. Ruining your meal at a restaurant, closing down a freeway, or marching down the street where you live, never any fun. Avoid these cities.

  2. Go to Austin and ask 100 random people to define a woman, and ask them if a man can get pregnant. Then ask 100 random people in Ft. Worth the same questions. I’ll wait, let me know where the most intelligent people are.

The smartest person I’ve met is a dumb acting Alabama dude. He finished HS at 16, did 2 years worth of community college in a year and then joined the Army. He got his EE during his enlistment in the Army. At 24 he became an Army contractor making 6 figures for 16 years that now has 2 Marco’s pizza franchises where he sits at his lake house paying quarterly taxes on the profits on the pizza places are knocking down.

  4. This defines the average Seattle/Tacoma indoctrinated fool with an advanced degree. The absolute worst are the Doctors, Lawyers and Indian Cheifs’ wives who went to college to marry the former. Got a degree and sit around all day long convincing themselves that indeed they are qualified to “Save the World.” Absolutely insufferable bores, and they vote in the morons in charge here.

Tacoma/Seattle among the most “highly educated,” Tacoma among the worst managed cities in the US and getting “progressively” worse with each and every election.

I can handle things! I’m smart! Not like everybody says… like dumb… I’m smart and I want respect!

Sorry, I can’t equate living in a place where you have to pay exorbitant amounts of money just to live there, dodge hoodlums, panhandlers, filth & piles of shit everywhere, with possessing a “Higher Education”.
Unless that means something other than what I thought it meant.

  6. @ChristianPDX – how many of those overeducated baristas know that you don’t pluralize baristas with an apostrophe aka the possessive tense?

Sorry – it’s a pet peeve and I know that autocorrect is BS and adds the apostrophe seemingly every time a word ends in S. AUTOWRONG – let’s get the dummies at autocorrect to fix this. Grrrrr
