I was FO’sho thinking it was an alien tractor beam
steeling it. Shucks.
Cool though.
I need to lay off the caffeine or get a new interweb service, the rotors were spinning.
Anyone ever look up tilt lens photography?
I wonder what cruise ship that was in the picture…?
Back in my stoner days we would take a ceiling fan and cover each blade with a different color paper, then put a strobe light on it while it was spinning on max speed. It does a similar effect when you adjust the strobe interval. You could make the fan appear to stop and even start turning backwards. Yeah…we dropped a lot of acid back in the day.
I use a strobe tachometer in my job. same principle.
Remember all those old westerns where the stagecoach wheels looked like the were going backwards? As a little kid I was baffled.
That is soooo cool!
that was frickin awesome.
