Another Officer Walks In Freddie Gray Case

Office Edward Nero was acquitted of all charges by a judge this morning in the latest attempt to prosecute Baltimore police officers for the death of Freddie Gray last April

This is the second case to fall through for the prosecutors.  The first trial, against Officer William Porter ended in a hung jury.

  1. It’s a little early for a “Black Friday” shopping event but what the hell. Let’s get that Baltimore economy moving again especially in the area of glass panes, iron bars, big screen TV’s, fire extinguisher’s etc etc.

  2. “…acquitted of all charges by a judge…”

I thought juries did the acquitting. Was there even a trial? Forgive me for being obtuse and not running this down myself, but there must be a lot of lung cancer metastasizing from all the smoke filling those back rooms where the deals are being made.
