1. Careful with this, I didn’t watch this clip but saw this some time ago. There’s apparently also the possibility of death doing this stunt.

2. I have read about this before. It said that one soldier could guard several captured enemy by using this technique.

3. The poor young ‘man’ apparently lacks the upper body and forearm strength to handle even his own body weight.
   A young healthy male should be able to do a one arm pull up.

4. I’ve had that done to me before. Not able to get out without help. Never did learn to do it.

5. Um, without getting into any personal details here, I’d just like to say that if the person is old enough and/or fat enough, you don’t even need the pole.

7. He can’t pull up because his feet are acting as a lever against it with how the knees need to bend. He can’t push up with his feet because the lever is switched against the motion.. Work sideways to unhook it, just lay down.
