If the bail is $75,000 and not $75,000 cash they only have to come up with 10%, $7500, to get him out. At least thatr how it works in ME.
DA should have said he looked like one of the people at the Capitol on Jan 6 and they could have detained him on trespassing a now more serious crime than attempted murder.
