Attorney General Intervenes After Bill Gates Buys A Massive Amount Farmland In North Dakota

MSN

The office of the Attorney General of North Dakota sent a letter Tuesday asking Red River Trust, a group with ties to billionaire Bill Gates, to prove the company’s use of the land does not violate the state’s Corporate Farming Laws.

The trust had acquired six parcels of land in Pembina County.

“I’ve gotten a big earful on this from clear across the state, it’s not even from that neighborhood,” Agricultural Commissioner Doug Goehring, according to Valley News Live. “Those people are upset, but there are others that are just livid about this.”

The letter stipulated that under North Dakota law, there are “certain limitations on the ability of trusts to own farmland or ranchland.”

“The Corporate or Limited Liability Company Farming Law has certain exceptions, such as permitting registered family farms or allowing the use of the land for business purposes,” the letter continued.

According to the letter, corporations that are in violations of this law will have a year to divest themselves of the land and are subject to a civil fine of $100,000. more

  1. Jpm you are a moron. Farm land is not taxed at the same rate as city land.
Farmers pay lower rates because they can not build on it, it must be kept as farm land. He will do that but:
Gates is buying all of the land that he can to expand his holdings to give us “better than beef” fake food.
You will like it and be happy.
He is a evil man that is up to no good.
    Bet on it.

    > Gates is buying all of the land

“Buying”? As in actually paying for it? Paying more for it than anyone else would?

    > He is a evil man that is up to no good.

And those who took his money, unlocked the gates of their neighbors, with F*ck You money… are good men? Up to no evil?

Yes, I think that is what he’s up to. Son-of-a-bitch has bought big time into the “Great Reset”. Denying us food is part of it.

It would be a crime for the ND Agriculture Commish to do nothing.

  5. No one should trust Gates as far as you can throw him.
If all he has to do is pay $100,000 fine every year or so he won’t divest.
This will be interesting to watch.
Now that it’s known the trust is actually him I wonder if others will sell to him. Maybe he already has other trusts fronting for him.
