10. 20 or so years ago there was motor cyclist who did this on Rte 8 outside of Akron. His funeral was well-attended.

16. The way courts are now, even WITH VIDEO, the driver would most likely be blamed if they actually made contact.

    Without video, the driver would be HUNG.
