Biden Refers To His ‘Teaching Experience’ In Backing His False Claim About Barrett Nomination

Headline USA

Democratic candidate Joe Biden attempted to use his experience teaching law as a cop-out when pressed on court-packing the day after Tuesday night’s debate with President Donald Trump.

In an interview with Pittsburgh’s WTAE, Biden was asked why he wouldn’t give a straight answer about efforts to add seats to the Supreme Court.

Instead of answering, he deflected again and accused Republicans of “violating the Constitution.”

“I’m not going to play Trump’s game. Right now, my entire focus is seeing to it that the American people get a chance – the election has already started – to have their say on who the next Supreme Court justice is. And that’s what I’m focused on,” he said. More

  1. What is the problem with Osmidgen and Obiden and their inability to read and comprehend the United States Constitution? Both of these Dementiacrats supposedly taught this subject in law schools, and both of them want to amend it legislatively and by presidential proclamations.

  2. Every time Pelosi or Joe mention ‘not violating the Constitution’ it’s insulting, and ticks me off. Because they don’t care what it says. They only care about what they can get away with.

Over the years there have been others holding federal elected offices who appeared to have actually read the the Constitution, and understand what it means. But they only highlighted the parts that gave them power, and completely ignored the parts that restricted their power. Very selective editing. They redacted the parts they did not like.
