Chicago Cubs Knuckleheads Brand a Man as a Racist

A man has been “more likely than not” branded a racist and his picture plastered all over the internet. What did he do? He looks like he’s playing the Circle Game. The Cubs say it’s not. They are looking for him and are threatening to ban him for life from Wrigley field because he’s a racist.

I hope Wrigley is renamed whatever this guy’s last name is after his defamation suit.

If he’s not playing the circle game, then he’s using a hand gesture to trigger white progressives because people like to see these morons lose their minds. 4 Chan launched Operation KKK to see if they could convince gullible dopes that a hand gesture was racist. And they punked everyone, including the idiots running The Chicago Cubs.

The gesture this man is making is NOT the hand gesture that is supposed to mean “white power.”

Circle Game-

About

The Circle Game is a game of peripheral vision, trickery and motor skills.[1] The game starts out when the Offensive Player creates a circle with their thumb and forefingersomewhere below his waist.[2] The goal is to trick another person into looking at his hand. If the victim looks at the hand, he has lost the game, and is subsequently hit on the bicep with a closed fist, by the offensive player. Online, people have begun hiding hands making the circle symbols in various images to trick people into finding it.

Origin

According to Vice,[3] the Circle Game was invented by Ohio resident Matt Nelson in the early 1980s. Nelson claims to have devised the game while in elementary school as a a way to punch his friends.

The game was popularized on November 15th, 2000 in the fourth episode of the television sitcom Malcom in the Middle‘s second season. In the episode, characters play the Circle Game, introducing to the show’s millions of viewers.

What makes this headline truly idiotic is that these morons think they can read minds and intent.

One day after a fan was seen making an “OK” symbol with his hand on NBC Sports Chicago’s broadcast of a Cubs game, the team has said they may permanently ban the man from Wrigley Field.

Former MLB outfielder Doug Glanville was reporting live during Tuesday night’s game against the Miami Marlins when the fan, seated behind him, was spotted flashing a peace sign before making and holding the “OK” gesture. That symbol has been used for many different things — one being a “white power” symbol, according to the Anti-Defamation League, that has been adopted by white supremacist groups. It is also used as part of the “circle game,” in which people try to trick others into looking at the circle made with their hands.

In a statement released Wednesday, Cubs president of business operations Crane Kennedy appears to be connecting the gesture with the more offensive meaning.

“An individual seated behind Mr. Glanville used what appears to be an offensive hand gesture associated with racism,” Kennedy said, as The Washington Post reported.

The rest of Kennedy’s statement is as follows:

Such ignorant and repulsive behavior is not tolerated at Wrigley Field. We are reviewing the incident thoroughly because no one should be subjected to this type of offensive behavior. Any derogatory conduct should be reported immediately to our ballpark staff. Any individual behaving in this manner will not only be removed from the ballpark, but will be permanently banned from Wrigley Field.

  1. As a fifty year Cubs fan, I am mightily disappointed with this clown in the front office. However: understanding that this is CHICAGO we’re talking about, I’m not surprised.

    Liberalism is a mental disorder.

  2. This is 100% a legit game. I remember doing this shit back in middle school and high school almost every single day. The shit-for-brains behind the commentator looks a liitle old to be playing such juvenile games, however.

  3. Dunno where they got the idea it was invented in Ohio in the 80’s…it was very popular when I was in jr. high in the 60’s, and I never would have claimed we pioneered it…

  4. Wrigley Field is a great place to see a ball game, as long as you go in knowing the home team is a double A level team.

Grew up on Chicago’s southside, and still a proud White Sox fan.
The only major league baseball team is the city.

  5. What are they, the fucking hall monitors? Or maybe the South Yorkshire Police? Are these dipshits really kidding me right now? Is this the existence we’re going to live? That if you say something someone else decides is mean, you can get reported to mall management or ball park security, like they don’t have any REAL offenses to sort out???

I can just see it, some shitnozzle in Yellowstone Park calls up the rangers to whinge about another camper saying upsetting things, because everyone knows that should be your biggest fucking concern.

A certain group of people would like to see this nation turned into a quivering mass of emotionally stunted, incompetent, overgrown infants who can’t settle something halfway peacefully or learn to ignore assholes – it has nothing to do with “spreading love” or “not tolerating hate.”

I’m so sick and tired of this idiocy and trying to legislate emotions I could just SCREAM.

  6. Watch for it: At his rally, going on right now, President Trump just flashed the racist sign. Or was he showing a zero to emphasize the point he was making? Nah, it was the white power sign.

  7. Object lesson in how to create racist signals out of ordinary hand gestures. Now it’s officially a racist gesture.

Next week, a perfectly ordinary white man will clear his throat on an elevator. By the next morning, he will be fired, banished, ostracized, and doxxed.

  8. @Lisl – One of the symptoms of every Liberal’s mental disorder is the inability (or very poor ability) to handle/resolve conflict of any kind. It’s the main reason they dominate all the “social” professions (like politics, teaching, social work, etc.) as in those they are relieved of such responsibilities by group decisions. The same mindset wants to hide in a political mob for the same reason – safety from having to resolve right vs. wrong on their own. Truly, Liberals are cognitively impaired – and by missing some critical pieces of cognitive function, they don’t even know it.

  9. “It’s now become ubiquitous at far-right gatherings, the Southern Poverty Law Center notes…”

…have members of the SPLC been to a LOT of “far-right gatherings”?

…although in fairness, being racist themselves, they probably just assume everyone ELSE is, too…

…We have the Reds in Cincinnati, and it’s good to know you can go to any given game and see ONE professional team play…

  11. Idiots. I use the ok gesture a lot and have no intention of not doing so. As a matter of fact, I’m going to use it a lot more now that I know it triggers the lead paint chip eaters in Chicago.

  12. My buddies and I that worked at the local grocery store back in the 80s used to play the circle game all the time!

And all you triggered snowflakes that have never had dirt under your fingernails, do you realize how many times construction and plant workers, a lot of them union, use the “OK” sign every day? How are you going to rectify this one you fucking morons?

I’m starting to think post birth abortion is not such a bad thing, as long as there is no age limit.
