How many American kids – of all ages! – would love to do that?
There was a time when this was a common sight on most farms in this country a time before illegal aliens and corporate farms.
I grew up on a farm and I was about that kid’s size when I started driving tractors, too. Of course I didn’t get to do it unsupervised until I was in 3rd grade or so. Of course, nowadays they’d put my father in jail for that.
I cringed when I first saw his little face doing all that work. Then as I watched, I marveled and thought to myself, some girl in China is going to be his lucky wife.
Betcha he doesn’t have the union label on his “pull ups”.
Signs on the wall at the typical Chinese employer:
“Safety Rast”
“It has been 0 seconds since our rast accident.”
“Who told you to think?!!!”
He’s actually 35.
Something must happen to their motor skills when they hit puberty.
I’m curious how he got that good without having any free time for video games.
Id put the Chinee kid against any antifa faggot or college snowflake homo in the USA and put big money on the Chinee.
Check out the Chinese welders using newspaper faceshields, sunglasses and sandels to stick weld.
I thought the Chinese were taller than that.
He knows how to operate equipment expertly.
What, no “sum ting wong” comments?
My dad use to take me to work with him and taught me to run dozers and drive truck with state equipment. Nobody complained. Try that nowadays.
@ Left Coast Dan – I sent this to one of our sons and asked him to show it to our almost 9 year old grandson. He probably won’t because our grandson probably will be begging him to buy a big CAT…
At 7 years old, my son was piloting an airboat. Driving and operating everything from backhoes to dumptrucks. He is now a well rounded 26 year old gentleman and business owner who can and is more prepared than most to take life by the horns. We spoiled him with the gift of opportunity.
In F-N California no less
He will buy his first house at age 10.
I visited several factories in China:
1. The painters in the spray booths were using handkerchiefs in their respirators instead of filters.
2. Sandblasters wore homemade hoods while in their booth, using regular work compressors for air (the oil, CO, and particulates in the air line will kill you).
I hope I saved a few lives that day by helping them upgrade.
That kid can honestly state that he “built that” unlike that pos inept turd Barack Obama.
… Then they come over here and somehow forget how to drive a Toyota Corrolla.
So nice that China doesn’t discriminate against midgets…sorry – Little People.
Think about all the jobs created by being an “Operator” in this Country. Licensing, Accounting, OSHA compliance and training, rule making, seniority, and Union dues… it all seems like overkill that simply passes the cost on to the consumer. Go to a third world area like this and you see a culture that celebrates really old people dying on the job as though they are hero’s for it and one has to think there is a good middle ground somewhere.
Better than sitting on his arse playing a video game and eating donuts.
I thought he was going ask for $15/hour.
Teach your children respect, self-disciple and responsibility…they will grow up to make you proud.
Oh, and start them YOUNG; by 2 yrs, they should somewhat understand.
I drove a tractor when I was six. In a field.
At least they could put him in a child safety seat…
