CIA Director Says 100 Agents and Family Members Sickened by ‘Havana Syndrome’

PJM: In an interview with NPR, CIA Director William Burns said that about 200 U.S. diplomats and their families had been sickened by the “Havana Syndrome” illness, with 100 of them being CIA personnel.

Burns confirmed he had tapped an undercover officer who led the efforts to find Osama bin Laden to head up a task force examining the possible causes of the illness. He also vastly increased the number of doctors on the medical team investigating the symptoms.

“I am absolutely determined — and I’ve spent a great deal of time and energy on this in the four months that I’ve been CIA director — to get to the bottom of the question of what and who caused this,” Burns said.

There is some urgency now attached to solving the mystery. Havana Syndrome has apparently struck far more people than was previously known. According to CNN, “multiple sources familiar with the intelligence described a ballooning number of reports in recent months,” including the most recent attacks in Vienna.

Since many of the personnel who may have been attacked are involved in clandestine activities for the U.S. government, it’s been difficult to get an accurate handle on the number of victims. But the lack of victims among other agencies and the general population of the areas affected raises the issue of deliberate targeting of U.S. national security people. more

  3. Has anybody looked into whether the CIA has installed some new super-duper snooper hardware in the affected offices? Maybe they’re doing this to themselves with some EMF-leaking gizmos.

    Have they checked for a correlation with Keurig coffee makers? $8,000 Swedish massage chairs? $2,000 Japanese smart bidet toilet seats?

  11. Obviously whatever it is has infected the DOJ, FBI, ATF, NSA, CIA, Congress and the whitehouse. It has affected their ability to understand the Constitution, investigate government corruption or putting America First instead of their personal and political interests.
    The American people no longer have the leash on runaway government and their corruption.
    Justice in their mind isn’t blind, they just turn her head the other way.

    Hey CIA, if you hadn’t effed up the Bay of Pigs, your Friends & Families would be just fine. And what is it exactly that y’all are doing in Cuba besides collecting cigars, tans, paychecks, and whatever injury is occurring from the “Havana Syndrome”.

In my wife’s hometown back in Kazakhstan last year, the stupid & corrupt city government decided to make every citizen stay inside for three days while they sprayed every street and building with a chemical in an attempt to kill the Wuhan virus. The virus survived but every bird in the city died.
