Citizens Now Doing What Police Used To Do In Their Minneapolis Neighborhoods

Daily Wire

Minneapolis residents have begun patrolling their own neighborhoods after violent crime across the city surged in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in late May.

The patrols, some armed, are part of a largely grassroots efforts to protect neighborhoods, businesses, and residents from rioters and criminals. Some groups have constructed barriers at the entrance to their neighborhoods and control who can enter, according to The Wall Street Journal.

  1. …the Right for EVERY human being to self-defense is GOD given, NOT goverment given.

The 2A doesn’t GRANT that right, it only RECOGNIZES it.

“Rescue the weak and needy; Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.
…most use-of-force was willingly ceded to Goverment in a welter of laws and norms that constituted a contract: you provide protection and rule of law, and we will stand down and pay for you to do it.”
    Psalm 82:4

“2 “If the thief is found breaking in, and he is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt for his bloodshed.
3 “If the sun has risen on him, there shall be guilt for his bloodshed.”
    Exodus 22:2-3

    …MN broke the contract.

    …vigilanteism is the inevitable result.

…and will be everywhere ELSE the police are withdrawn.

    …Jesus told of this…

“35 And He said to them, “When I sent you without money bag, knapsack, and sandals, did you lack anything?” So they said, “Nothing.” 36 Then He said to them, “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one.
37 “For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’ For the things concerning Me have an end.”
38 So they said, “Lord, look, here are two swords.” And He said to them, “It is enough.”
39 Coming out, He went to the Mount of Olives, as He was accustomed, and His disciples also followed Him.”
    Luke 22:35-39

In reality, today’s reality, what the second amendment does is give you the right to ask the government for permission to buy a gun of the type they approve of.

Asking permission to carry it with you depends on the governments involved in the decision, some will and some will not allow you to ask for that.

Been that way to an increasing degree since 1934 and has the USSC’s blessing on it.

…not EVERYONE obeys the modern Pharisee over the Lord God, nor ever WILL…there are sheep, true, but there are yet men as well…and if the police are withdrawn, there are none to enforce legislative fiats anyway, so the goverment of these places will render itself powerless by its own hand…

“Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.”
    Acts 5:29

    …or, as the Greeks say,
    ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ…

  4. We will not go quietly into the dark night of communist rule.

The Left has always been criminally insane on a social scale. Events have brought this fact to the fore and they’ve dropped the mask of pretending they are a political party.

They are just criminally insane monsters.

…bear in mind too that, were the Government to somehow succeed in completely disarming the honest populace of firearms, that this in NO way disarms the people completely.

“There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”
-Shakespeare, “Hamlet”, Act 1. Scene 5

…and by the same token, there are ALWAYS weapons…

…Historical examples abound. Some of the best known “found” weapons, such as the nunchaku, the tonfun (progenitor of the police PR-24) and the bo to name but a few, were humble farm implements until the Koreans were forbade weapons by Japanese invaders. More modernly, anyone can assemble a mortar, a zip gun, and other crude, single-use projectile weapons from common construction materials and widely available chemicals. Any of our troops that have been to Muslim lands can tell you of IEDs, and while I ran fire alongside the bomb squad in gentler times,I STILL saw the damnedest assortment of impromptu, but effective, things that go BOOM that had very lethal antipersonnel capabilities and yet were formed of things you could pick up grocery shopping.

And that’s BEFORE you get into highly explosive fertilizers and chemicals that can be found on ANY farm…

…but if you want to stick with manufactured guns, sure, you, the Govenment, can take those.

But I, the citizen, can take YOURS.

…case in point: after the Germsns took Poland in 1939, Jewish people were confined in a geographically small area and agreed to be disarmed “for their safety”. In 1943, Himmler thoght it would be a nice birthday present for Hitler if he could tell him the Jews of Wausau were no more, and advanced his Waffen SS into the place to force the residents into the death camp trains, and kill any who resisted.

It was supposed to take a day.

It took more than a month.

Jewish guerrillas, armed with only a small cache of resistance suppiled weapoms and hopelessly outnumbered, fought back. Room to room, house to house, taking weapons and ammo from dead Germans, they stayed in the fight for a month and were defeated only because they had no hope of relief and the Germans systematically raised the entire city around them.

But they had one city and were numbered in the thousands.

We have many and are numbered in the millions.

…If the Democrats want to dance, I can PROMISE we will make it interesting.

    Because we know the alternative.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn, “The Gulag Archipelago”

…put more simply…if you take MY gun, you’ll need to bring YOURS to kill me.

And one of us will LEAVE with that gun.

And it may NOT be YOU…

  6. They should get uniforms with some type of symbol on the front to let people know that they are there to patrol the neighborhood.

A fleet of similarly visible cars, dedicated radios and some firearms to help with the more dangerous offenders would aid in the patrols effectiveness.

Another good idea would be a home base where they could have a few holding cells and co-ordinate their day to day assignments.

Who knows, the idea might take off!

    Good luck.
