1. I am told that if an Antifa is sacrificed in every village when the sun goes dark, the sun will quickly reappear to give America a fall harvest.

2. I’m a lifelong news junkie. But I can’t even imagine turning to CNN ever again. Even for news as nonpolitical as an earthquake or plane crash. Because CNN now slants everything, and as Malaysia Air story proves, they can no longer competently cover even a missing aircraft story.

   They destroyed their credibility. It’s never coming back. Their typical total national viewership now is down to some fluctuating fraction of the population of Duval County, Florida. For many time slots they’re down to the population of Tallahassee/Dothan.

   Unbundling cable will be their final death knell. They’ll lose the airports and remaining hospital lobbies then.

   I see them reinventing themselves with all-commentary panels, which will fail, then a “Today’s Trending On Twitter!” format, which will also fail.
   Eventually they will try Home Shopping, maybe with an Amazon’s Daily Deals format.
   But in the end they will fade away.
   By 2027 “CNN” will be the answer to a trivia question.
