Speaking of God and sourdough and getting bigger. It’s colder here in the house and my sourdough starter took much longer than usual, past the 24 hour mark at midnight it still wasn’t ready, but it got ready overnight. Woke up with the lid blown off the top and sourdough starter all over the counter. Multiply and grow all that goodness without God, more than 4x the original size with a boom.. can’t be done!

That was fascinating! I see little crab shells on our beach and didn’t think of crabs molting and leaving them behind.
Jeez, what’s a guy got to do to get a little privacy!?!

Crabs and lobsters are the cockroaches of the deep. If you see one on your boat, you know there are lots more hiding somewhere, eager to come out at night and jump on your unfinished egg-salad sandwich and/or explore your garbage can.

Except for the hermit crab, who has no caraplace of his own, grabs any mollusk shell & calls it home.
When he grows, he finds a bigger shell & relocates.
i thought they were supposed to get bigger, not smaller…
