To ban the AR 15 without first amending the constitution would be tantamount to declaring the constitution itself null, void and no longer in force as the legal binding document of governance for this country!
The AR-15 does nothing that any other semi-automatic rifle can’t do other than look scary to some people. No military in the World uses it. Sorry, it is not a weapon of war.
I just donated 100.00 to the NRA in David Hogg’s name.

In California, you have to go through pretzel knots to get a gun and even then many of the arms spoken of in this video are already banned here.
(no mags over 10 rounds, no quick release mags and on and on).
As an aside, I prefer an AR 10 anyway.

I manufacture both. And the same laws apply to an AR-10, DPMS 10, LR 10, SLR 10, as do to an AR-15. Such a generic name for such a versatile platform, actually.
My Mini-30 looks “meaner” than any stock AR (or Bushmaster, etc.), but it still overheats and is slightly less accurate.
My Mini-14 looks stock (but for a polish on the stainless) and is more accurate (for me) due to its weight.
Both carry more rounds than a currently-legal-to-buy magazine. My lefty friends love coming out to the range with me, and still hate guns. No, I can’t explain them either. Two are vets. Don’t ask.

Most barrel manufactures use a 30 cal barrel for a 7.62. 30 cal is actually .308 in diameter. Green Mountain build barrels for your Mini 30, and Ar’s in the true 7.62 by 39 calibers. Turns out that 60 year old ammo still shoots sub moa at 100 yards. Just sayen, that’s the problem.
The only thing better than 6 AR’s… is 7 AR’s! 😀

Yeah, last year she had a thumb bone replaced with a piece of plastic. Looks like number two is shortly behind the first. Interestling enough some sort of degenerative thumb bone disease that only effects woman. I keep telling her she’s out of warranty but she continues this shit. I do get a good laugh.
