I was in SC when my son was born and we would send him outside in that same outfit. We realized we needed to check on him every 15 min. or so, something would happen in the diaper, and he would discard it. Just a little hang down, swinging in the wind.

I did not grow up on a farm, but that is something my Dad would do. He used to rake the leaves into a big pile and let us jump into them and play for a while before he burned them.
