   I’ve been very economical for my children. My sons have gotten a two-fer all their lives as I was born on Father’s Day too.

8. Thank you! It was Tuesday the 16th, but that was on Sunday back in `57. This year, it’s as far from the day as it gets.

14. My dad was the best ever! He worked hard, made super choices, was very ethical, instilled values to 4 children, all while serving as an Air Force rescue helicopter pilot and officer, during Pearce and war. He chose Lois Chapman as his lifetime wife and treated her with respect. Thank you, Robert M. Burns.

15. Happy Fat Her’s Day Ya’ll.
    Yep, somehow even today ends up being about “her” and trying (unsuccessfully as usual these days) to “make her happy”! I still love to do things to make her happy… except now apparently it pisses her off for me to make her happy! I just can’t do anything right. BUTT… I made that covenant promise ’til death do us part, and I meant it. PLUS, I still get to hear those calls of “Happy Fathers’Day,Dad” from down the hall and not over the telephone! So it’s all worth it when all’s said and done.

    Sorry Ya’ll, just needed to vent for a minute, and that ain’t exactly easy to do when the one who is supposed to be my complement and confidante is the one that has me so twisted up inside! Love Stinks!

    She sure can make some kick-ass homemade pimento cheese though… and that fried chicken yesterday… UMM UMM! That’s worth a few headaches and ulcers right there!!!! (O,O)
