Nowadays, nobody. But I lived in DC in the late 60s and early 70s and it was a nice place…and then DC got home rule by Marion Barry & Co. My previously legally purchased and registered Browning Hi-Power was supposed to be grandfathered in after new citizen disarmament laws went into effect, but they reneged and wouldn’t re-register it.
I scooted to Maryland mighty quickly after that.
