Deconstructing “Safe, Rare and Legal”

The pro-abortion movement in the United States likes to proclaim that their goal is to keep abortion “safe, rare and legal.”

A closer examination of this mantra exposes it as “a lie, another lie and the only real objective” for those who provide abortions and profit from them.

Let’s start with safe. Common sense tells us that in every abortion somebody and sometimes two die.

Putting that logic aside, there’s a nice piece in The Federalist challenging the recent claim by abortion advocate Liz Plank that “abortion is safer than childbirth.”

In fact, Conservative Review has a nice video from a doctor who use to perform abortions providing details of the complications that may arise from what most would consider the simplest and easiest form of abortion,  taking of RU 486.

Let’s move on to rare. No business makes a profit by generating fewer sales. The same holds true for the largest abortion provider in the nation, Planned Parenthood.

Former clinic director, Abby Johnson, gave us a glimpse of the abortion business. “As a Planned Parenthood clinic manager, I was directed to double the number of abortions our clinic performed in order to drive up revenue.”

Then there are the recent revelations of the baby body part business before a House panel last month that makes clear the tissue provider is profiting from the resale of the organs of the unborn.

Well at least abortion advocates got one thing right in the slogan – its all about keeping it legal.

  1. Explain this:

-The government FORCES every citizen to have Obamacare, if they don’t have employer provided insurance,

-SO WHY DOES THE GOVERNMENT GIVE ANY MONEY TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD?

To my feeble brain, that is making me, a taxpayer, pay TWICE for healthcare for ‘women’. WHAT A CROCK
