Actually, he’s exactly right. He had no authority and it was all voluntary. Unfortunately everyone reacted as if he did have the authority, and therefore it was enforced. Whoever was fined for not following his so-called mandates and took him to court should have won.
I was shopping today and the meat dept had a special on hog jowls. The resemblance to the Luv Guv was uncanny. Cuomo got off easy with just his resignation; we should have impeached him and then prosecuted him for sending Covid positive seniors back into nursing homes. The a-hole is still plotting a comeback (Marion Barry did it).
Of course it was voluntary. It was your choice whether you wanted to be fired for not complying.
The two Cuomo brothers are so full of shit it’s going to be coming out their ears! His asshole brother is saying he’s now taking regular doses of ivermectin. Yup, they should both be hanging from lampposts!

This was a cold, calculated plot to thin out the nursing homes and save a LOT of money that democRATs (more for them) were in lockstep with each other on. Yes Couomo and the other governors that did this should be swinging in the wind!

And it isn’t just Cuomo. Many other governors, hundreds of mayors, county administrators, etc. Why are they all still breathing and not skewered on the tips of manure forks?
