3. Actually, he’s exactly right. He had no authority and it was all voluntary. Unfortunately everyone reacted as if he did have the authority, and therefore it was enforced. Whoever was fined for not following his so-called mandates and took him to court should have won.

4. I was shopping today and the meat dept had a special on hog jowls. The resemblance to the Luv Guv was uncanny. Cuomo got off easy with just his resignation; we should have impeached him and then prosecuted him for sending Covid positive seniors back into nursing homes. The a-hole is still plotting a comeback (Marion Barry did it).
