The attorneys who brought a fraud lawsuit against the DNC on behalf of Bernie Sanders supporters have filed an appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta to override the dismissal of their case by a lower court judge.
If the case is reinstated, the DNC could face upwards of $200 million in damages.
