Earth, Wind And Fire Coming To Milwaukee During Dem Convention – IOTW Report

Earth, Wind And Fire Coming To Milwaukee During Dem Convention

The Democrat National Convention will be held for 10 days in Milwaukee this year, July 10 – July 20. This comes at the end of SummerFest, which closes with Guns N Roses on July 4th. This group is notorious for causing civil unrest at the venues they’ve played in the past. Here

On July 12, Santana and Earth, Wind and Fire, will perform at the American Family Amphitheater, which holds upwards of 23,000. This event clearly overlaps the Democrat Convention.

The call has gone out to local communities for extra law enforcement to handle the expected crowds. Madison has pledged to make 100 officers available. Here

  1. I wouldn’t get within 50 miles of Milwaukee july 9 through july 21st. After that I would be monitoring the place before entering. I think it’s gonna get ugly.

  2. Are you sure the message wasn’t garbled in transmission? It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if the original message The Lord sent down had something more to do with hell, fire and brimstone & the Democrats

  3. Pray God, the Milwaukee police don’t make any headlines busting heads while Guns N Roses are in town.

Imagine the powder keg they’d have created if there’s a racial incident going into the Dem convention. Then the party steals the nomination from Bernie – It’ll be a disaster.

  4. How in the blue hell do you plan security for the shitshow that this soiree has telegraphed unequivocal indication it is going to morph into? Even under the best of times a Democrat shindig is lousy with lifeforms that are only nominally human. There isn’t anyone with a lick of sanity who doesn’t recognize that this Charlie Foxtrot is going to be the mother of all three ring circle jerks.

Axl Rose is fat and like 70. Earf Wind and Fire? One of the greatest old people bands in history.

The two venues are 2 miles apart.

    I foresee traffic.

  7. >>Madison is the Berkeley of the Midwest.

I’ll take my royalties for your use of my line, I’ve been saying that for 20 years now!

Planning on grabbing some popcorn and holstering up from Lake Country area to watch the shitshow coming to MKE this summer, tonight’s inevitable Bernie shut-out is going to ensure LOTS of DNC chaos, which I plan to watch from the sidelines, just so long as it doesn’t spill into my comfy folding chair confines.

Coronavirus + rabid Bernouts will make Summer 2020 a very, very interesting one in our neck of the woods.
