  1. He was always the opening performer every year for Pine Knob (now called DTE Energy Theater,) an outdoor music venue we have here in S.E. Mich. Always put on a great show. Got his ticket to Paradise I guess. RIP.

  2. I never heard him talk politics and it appears he was a support the troops classy guy. Sad loss.

Since you’re headed to Washington, where are your political leanings?

You know, one of the greatest rights I think we have is the right to vote. I do know that guy Chris Christie who closed the bridge down and got in a lot of trouble for it, well actually he was on a diet and he said he was misquoted. He was talking to his wife and told her to “close the fridge!” not “close the bridge!”

But really my heart goes out to the veterans and I would like to see everybody come home in one piece. I didn’t vote for Obama, but he’s got a nice wife and nice kids, and that’s one of the toughest jobs in the world so my heart goes out to the President.
Eddie Money plays the Hamilton in Washington, D.C. on Friday, March 21st. Tickets are still available at live.thehamiltondc.com.
