CBS: LOS ANGELES — A decorated Los Angeles police captain has sued Elton John, claiming he was repeatedly groped by the singer while he was working off-duty on the Grammy winner’s security detail.
The lawsuit filed Monday by Capt. Jeffrey Wenninger alleges the groping and sexually suggestive comments by John occurred in early 2014. Orin Snyder, an attorney for John’s Rocket Entertainment Group, denied the allegations. MORE

Elton John may be gay but he’s not a douche about it like so many of the ever-expanding lettered community today. I suspect this cop and his lawyer are going for an out of court settlement to make lotsa bucks. According to the story he was groped, then asked to be put back on it then found out he had been removed from it (or something like that). Why would you ask to go back on a detail where you claim you had been harassed and assaulted and why wait so long to file a civil lawsuit?
