The government transparency group, Open the Books, has been looking into what the EPA has been up to in recent years. They’ve found the agency isn’t spending all its budget on our air and water.
“…it turns out EPA is running a $160 million PR Machine, $715 million police agency, a near $1 billion employment agency for seniors, and a $1.2 billion in-house law firm,” said Adam Andrzejewski, the founder of Open the Books.
If their 198 public affairs officers can’t get you to like them then perhaps their 200 “special agents” who are equipped with ” guns, ammo, body armor, camouflage equipment, unmanned aircraft, amphibious assault ships, radar and night-vision gear and other military-style weaponry and surveillance activities” will be more convincing.
I know Adam. He’s a great guy and a patriot. He’s helped expose the massive waste of tax dollars by various bureaucracies and exposed where those dollars are going. The EPA, like nearly all federal government agencies, is completely out of control, unaccountable to citizens, and should be eliminated.
If the 200 agent become 20,000 we will know the genesis of the soon to be established secret police?
A Ruby Ridge in every County, coming soon.
I guess that when your agency has zero legitimacy, and operates far outside the Constitutional restrictions on federal power, you have to have lots of military hardware to enforce your bullshit on the peasants.
Such a Bargain!
We should send the EPA to the middle east to fight ISIS.
