Facebook Gives No Explanation For Censoring PragerU

Federalist: Facebook appears to be censoring a conservative nonprofit organization by making sure that none of the educational site’s 3 million followers get to see their posts.

PragerU said internal analytic shows none of their followers saw at least nine posts on their Facebook page — starting Thursday evening, exactly zero of their 3 million followers had seen any of these posts.

“Our last 9 posts have been completely censored reaching 0 of our 3 million followers,” PragerU’s Will Witt said in a statement. “At least two of our video posts were deleted last night for ‘hate speech’ including a post of our recent video with The Conservative Millennial, Make Men Masculine Again.

”In one of the offending videos, CRTV host Allie Beth Stuckey discusses why men should embrace masculinity as a positive trait.

  1. The only way this changes is if Congress passes an online bill of rights, or there is a boycott large enough to affect Facebook‘s bottom line.

Either that or the government steps in to break up the monopolies. But considering the online robber barons are inside our government that is never going to happen.

  2. Yea, the liberal censor machine will investigate itself to figure out why it blocked conservative voices. Everyone already knows why the liberal censor machine blocked conservative voices – and we know you don’t waste your time “investigating” the one-sided liberal censor machine – You know that we know your liberal censor machine is filled to the top with bullshit. There’s no point in hiding behind a phony “investigation.” While it makes liberals chuckle softly in the corner like 2nd graders who just heard the word “shit” in a joke for the first time, it’s really boring, dry, and childish for us conservatives.

  3. I, for one, DO NOT want the government to step in.
Any government legislation trying to censor or monitor speech in any way is just giving them a bit of rope to hang us with when another group comes into power.

The social media giants are being called out daily, now. Hopefully, people are making more platforms like facebook. We, as users, must search them out and support them, rather than facebook or twitter. I have read that facebook is not the growing platform for younger people, anyhow. The market will fix this.

Google, I don’t know – they really have everything locked up for now.
