Good for him . . .
but we’re a little busy right now.
Thanks for the time
The first record to chart that he played on:

Rich people and their fucked up relationshits. Couldn’t care less. Sorry Billy.
Meh…don’t care…
He swore off pop music years ago but apparently ran out of money
So pretty much like every other song. Marrying Christie Brinkley was the pinnacle of his life.
Big Billy Joel Fan. This one is just Meh. Not a great song, but OK. And No, he is not broke. One of the big ones.
Nope.
Out with the old, in with the new. This guys going places.

I won’t be cynical. Maybe not his best, but I liked it. It has hope, forgiveness and some regret for taking love for granted. I’m a widow now 3 years from the love of my life and it brought a tear to my eye.
He ripped off the chord structure of Morning Has Broken. Rick Wakeman should sue.
I remember when he played the Garden a few years ago he introduced ‘his friends’ Bill and Hillary Clinton were in the audience…but the crowd was less unpressed to say the least!
Billy who?
Mediocre. His producer couldnt do better than that?
(A song producer is to music a director is to a movie)

Watch “Hired Gun” on Amazon and seen how long you remain a bj fan.
Sign of the times: A remake with new lyrics, of “She’s Always a Woman”
I miss the era of album rock. Singles needs to be really special to get my attention. This ain’t one of them
I’ve liked a few Billy Joel songs. I like this one. Maybe it was the content. Some regret, possible lost love. It was personal.
Probably a chick thing.
A bit off topic, but man do I miss going into a record store, especially when vinyl, cds and laserdiscs were all in the mix.
All downhill after “Piano Man.”
The dude is 74 years old and sounds like he did back in the 80’s. Good for him! Say what you want, but the guy is a master musician with a crap ton of great songs.
