Ok, I’ll play along for grins. We’ll pay a one time reparation fee of say $25k to blacks born in the US only, who can prove their maternal AND “paternal” lineage. That right there will disqualify most. Oh, and one more caveat, not one more penny of welfare, EBT or Section 8 housing benefits.
