Ok, I’ll play along for grins. We’ll pay a one time reparation fee of say $25k to blacks born in the US only, who can prove their maternal AND “paternal” lineage. That right there will disqualify most. Oh, and one more caveat, not one more penny of welfare, EBT or Section 8 housing benefits.
We will all have to take a DNA test to see just what percentage of black we are.
Then, a family history will be researched to see if the black antecedent was a slave under U.S. jurisdiction. Yes that leaves out Pureto Ricans. Then points will be deducted if the black antecedent was a slave holder or slave overseer.
Fair reparations will require a lot of time and data.
