Frank Takes a Whack At The White House Lawn

11 year-old Frank Giaccio, nick named “FX,” wrote the White House and offered his lawn mowing services. He has been engaged to cut the Rose Garden and do trimming along with the White House grounds crew. Today was his first day on his new job and his employer came out to check on his work.

  1. I bet if he had sent this letter 7 years ago, Frank would have been made to work in Mooch’s garden, then completely forgotten about as the Obama’s jetted off to Hawaii or New York for date night.

Obama would have put him to work as a grounds keep on the Camp David golf course.

  2. just pass’n thru — No. Frank wrote a letter to POTUS Trump (last month?) in which he wanted to show the President and the country that young Americans share Trump’s can do spirit for the country. Frank owns his own lawn service company and offered several options to the President, gas mower, electric, weed wackers, etc. He even said that he would provide the gas and/or battery packs no charge. I think you can look up the reading of Frank’s letter at one of the WH press briefings. It was pretty wonderful. This kid will never be on the welfare rolls and neither will his kids.

  3. Two of my friends, identical twin brothers had a lawn mowing service when they were in HS back in the late 60’s. They did very well and were able to buy a brand new 69 Chevy El Camino with their money from mowing lawns while in their Senior year of HS. They’ve done very well with their lives and both went on to very successful careers. This kid is definitely destined to do great things.

  4. What it took the Øbamboozler millions of dollars of props, parties and Hollywood celebrities, Donald Trump accomplished with a $400.00 dollar lawnmower and an 11 year old kid.
That right there is what honesty, genuine commitment, respect, integrity and servanthood to honor ordinary Americans and their work ethic is all about!

And that’s how you Make America Great Again!

  5. I wonder if Barron ever mowed a lawn, or did any kind of house work on his own penthouse floor. What a contrast between this energetic fellow and one who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. I’m not picking on Barron, I just wonder about these things.

  6. The Rat Fink — Perfect summation!

Dr. Tar — I saw that interview. She was both patronizing and sarcastic all at the same time. I loved his one word, no-nonsense answers, too. Not much for her to exploit.

  7. I love this kid. I, too, had a successful lawn mowing biz when I was his age. Just didn’t want dad to cut my hair, wanted to buy my own clothes. Independence.

When I last lived in a suburban neighborhood I wondered where the enterprising kids were. No kid rang my bell to mow or shovel snow. I would happily have paid them. Ten years and…
    No door ring. Sad.

That’s why I love this kid. And probably his parents.

  8. I doubt very much if we would have seen O’F’ingBama even giving this kid the time of day (unless he was a muzzie who could build a bomb of course) to take on any type of venture like this.

  9. Imagine, someone at the White House, front and center, that is actually ambitious and doesn’t speak Arabic, or has ties to BLM. No speech from someone like the hairy Elfin, Bowe Berghdahl’s father…..or anything. It seems that America is being made great again. Mow, mow, mow, instead of asking for mo’,mo’,mo’.

  10. They will be screaming ” Trump broke Child Labor laws” tomorrow.
Besides, Trump lives in a high rise in NYC for years, what does he know about a lawn mower?

Also the White House Lawn Mower Union will go on strike.
