I’m no lawyer, but from a layman’s view it looks like witness tampering or intimidation. I hope it’s not, I want them to stick it up Cohen’s ass!
Maybe Gaetz has proof Cohen paid off HIS mistresses with DJT’s money but without DJT’s knowledge.🤔
He is a lawyer (which I’ll try not to hold against him for now) so he should be able to “walk the tightrope” as far as legalities go. He might just be letting Cohen know that his testimony will be impeached in the most vicious way possible because he is a proven liar ….. including to his wife and children as well as congress for which he is supposedly going to prison for.
The mystery to me is why Clapper and Brennan aren’t already on their way to prison as well because both of them admitted to lying to congress while they were henchmen for Obama. Funny how only people connected to President Trump seem to be in line for prison for lying to congress or the FBI.
Cohen has plead guilty to lying to Congress. Why would his testimony have any credibility? He has been rehearsed. It has all been scripted to make Trump look like a criminal.
So Gaetz is a little rough with Cohen. What is Cohen going to do now? Refuse to testify? Who cares? I guess the Dems, Nevertrumps and media really want him to testify so they can grandstand. I guess it would be a crying shame if Gaetz messed that up for them.
