- Kayla Lovdahl said doctors urged her to undergo a double mastectomy aged 13 that left her with ‘deep physical and emotional wounds and severe regrets’
- She said despite clear mental health issues, medical professionals urged her to undergo invasive surgeries for profit
- Lovdahl is now suing the hospital and doctors for unspecified damages, alleging they pushed ‘ideological and profit-driven medical abuse’
A California woman is suing the hospital that removed her breasts when she was 13, claiming her doctors pushed her into the procedure under the ‘erroneous belief’ she was transgender.
Kayla Lovdahl, now 18, says she underwent the invasive surgery after being urged to ‘entertain’ the plans by medical professionals when she was just 11-years-old.
According to a lawsuit filed by Lovdahl against Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and four doctors, it is claimed they ‘handed Kayla the prescription pad, and allowed her naïve, emotional, childish, rollercoaster of feelings to dictate the so-called ‘treatment’ that she would receive.’
The legal challenge comes amid a growing chorus of ‘de-transitioning’ youths, many of whom claim they were subjected to death threats and intimidation after turning their backs on the ‘cult-like’ transgender community.
After years of battling mental health issues, Lovdahl claims she was ‘exposed to online transgender influencers’ who prompted her to ‘erroneously’ believe she was transgender when she was 11.
Lovdahl claims her parents were told: ‘It is better to have a live son than a dead daughter’
With her parents unsure how best to support her, the tween sought medical help, rapidly sending her down a path of risky treatments.
By the age of 12, she was on puberty blockers and testosterone despite never receiving a proper psychological evaluation, per the lawsuit.
She told her parents: “Do you want an alive boy or a dead daughter?” That’s how she was going to get her way. Regardless and sad to say, she’s dead either way. Her tombstone should read “I made a mistake.”
Remember, this is the same medical community that pushed potentially fatal vaccines on us. It’s becoming quite predictable. So much for “do no harm”.
Society does not allow young people to drive cars until they are 16, to drink alcohol until they are either 18 or 21 (depending on the location), does not allow voting in elections until 18, because the young mind IS impressionable and not fully mature until 25. Why ever would anyone allow an 11 year old, a 13 year old to make such a life changing decision until they are at least 18 or 20?
Evolution has not made humans any smarter, it is apparent it can go either way. Example: See Washington DC.
obiden “healthcare” values @ work, what kind of asshole would carve up a little girl?
I blame the parents.
I’m calling bullshit. She wanted attention. She got attention, but her life was still empty. Yes, these demonic beasts encouraged and enabled her. Physically mutilating her is not the problem, it is a symptom, it is a manifestation of the disease. The teachers, social workers, “mental health professionals”:on down the line are far more responsible than the ones who mutilated her. Not that the ones who did that are not the personification of wickedness and evil, but they are rather low on the wickedness and evil totem pole. Absolutely and without question they will be among the ones pleading for mercy in the form of a millstone and an ocean to be tossed into in lieu of where they are headed, and not a one of them deserve such a reprieve and few of any will realize it.
As for this gal: So how dis the attention you were seeking work out for you? If you truly want to do something of value with your experience start talking to young people about the difference between getting attention for doing something of value instead of getting attention for being a weirdo.

I blame the parents.

I do too, but, we don’t know if the kid threatened to go to CPS if they didn’t go along with it, maybe the kid threatened to divorce herself from her parents yet holding the parents responsible for her living. Kids are told by older people how to deal with parents to scare them into submission. I sure am glad my children don’t have to deal with it. My niece on the other hand is getting what she pushed on her daughter, and now regrets it. No sympathy from me. Enjoy your toxic liberalism.
She’s right regardless of the obvious arguments above.
“First, Do no harm.”
This line in the oath supersedes all other arguments.
They all failed their oaths. IOW – they should have known better to proceed with GREAT caution for something with such serious consequences,.
Her abusive parents are also responsible for those ‘doctors’ animalizing her.
I am reminded of the Demotivational poster,
“It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.”
