I fail to see any problem here. He’s not driving the horse, he isn’t harassing anyone, and the donkey doesn’t seem to mind giving the guy a ride. At least the guy has clothes on, and is making people laugh. This is definitely a feel good story, one worthy of a Twitter post. 🙂
