Elementary, my dear Watson. The most reliable source of never-ending money comes from the American tax payers, that’s why. That beautiful, free-flowing, never-dries-up spigot of greenbacks that just keep coming in the mail to the IRS and into the coffers of the U.S. government’s checking account. From there it goes to U.S. politicians’ donors’ accounts for contracts (they paid a small fee to obtain), and into the pockets of corrupt agency overseers and their family members. It buys influence, it bribes would-be whistle-blowers, it pays for expensive hotel rooms and first class tickets to airlines, theaters, restaurants, limosines (and perhaps a little blow and gentlemanly sport), golf courses, and exotic destinations for people who would never get hired in the private sector.
Isn’t it time to dismantle the IRS and end the influence of “Mega-Donors”?
